FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS

I EAT A VARIETY OF GOOD AND PROPER FOOD TO GAIN MUSCLES,STRENGTH AND CUT BODY FAT.I WILL EAT ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR BEEF MEAT.I USALLY EAT CHICKEN,SEA FISH,EGG WHITES,RED KIDNEY BEANS,QUAKER OATS,LEAFY GREEN VEGETABLES,WHOLE WHEAT BREAD,CHAPATI AND RICE FOR MY MUSCLE AND STRENGTH BUILDING FOOD.I CURRENTLY DONT TAKE ANY SUPPLEMENTS FOR NOW BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD T.I WILL BUY IT WHEN IM WORKING.IM NATURAL AND NEVER EVER USE STEROIDS OR OTHER HARMFULL DRUGS.THE ONLY THING NEEDED FOR MUSCLE AND STRENGTH BUILDING IS GREAT COURAGE,HARDWORD AND PATIENCE
